The Terminus Hotel, Forrest, Victoria




The Terminus, Forrest.

Forrest, Victoria is a small rural township located in the Otway Ranges. At the 2006 census, Forrest and the surrounding area had a population of 170.

The Terminus Hotel, was originally a wooden structure that boasted some 9 boarding rooms, until it burned to the ground in 1996 and resulted in the tragic loss of the then publicans son in the fire.   This new building was constructed not long after and remains today.
